We found Ted McLain's name in the Sacramento Bee and called him for an estimate on some excavation we needed done on our front yard to extend the driveway.
Ted responded to the voice mail we left the same day. He was very professional and courteous. We scheduled a site visit, and he arrived on time. He was thorough, asking questions to clarify what we wanted done. He provided a reasonable quote within a couple of days, and we scheduled the work. Again, Ted arrived on time the day of the job.
Ted did run into an issue with a broken water main which was not marked correctly by the water district, but was quick to work to fix the problem.
We were happy with Ted's work and would not hesitate to use him again.
